Orlando Vacation Hotels Booking Policy

Reservation Policy
» We require a $50 deposit to make a reservation for each room or vacation home booked.
» The remaining balance will be charged 15 days prior to your arrival.
» The hotels, listed on our website, have set aside a limited number of rooms for us to promote their rooms at these wholesale prices. These rooms are extremely limited, and they are subject to change without notice.
» In order to make a reservation you must call our toll free number and talk to one of our friendly reservationists, or place the order online through our secured online booking engine.
» We will confirm all reservations within 48 hours of placing the order by e-mailing our guest a confirmation letter.
» Last minute reservations (anything booked within 10 days of arrival) are subject to hotel blackout dates. All last minute bookings will be confirmed with an e-mail confirmation and/or phone call.
» The person whose name is on the credit card must be staying in the hotel room. If someone is making a reservation for a friend or family member, we will need the person who is paying for the hotel room to sign a credit card authorization form.
» If you do not have a credit card, please call our office to make a reservation and we can assist you.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
» If a guest needs to cancel a reservation, and they do so prior to 15 days of arrival, we will cheerfully refund $35 of their $50 deposit back to them. There is a small $15 cancellation fee.
» In order to cancel a reservation, the guest must call our toll free number and speak to one of our friendly customer service agents. All cancellations will be confirmed with an e-mail to the guest.
» If a guest is canceling a reservation within the 15 days of arrival please check your confirmation letter as to the cancellation penalty.
