Orlando Vacation Hotels Booking Policy

Reservation Policy

• We require a $50 deposit to make a reservation for each room or vacation home booked.
• The remaining balance will be charged 15 days prior to your arrival.
• The hotels listed on our website have set aside a limited number of rooms for us to promote their wholesale rates. These rooms are extremely limited under with these low nightly rates and they are subject to change without notice.
• In order to make a reservation you must call dial our toll free number and talk to one of our friendly reservationists or place the order online through our secured online booking engine.
• We will confirm all reservations within 48 hours of placing the order by e-mailing the guest a confirmation letter.
• Last minute reservations (anything booked within 10 days of arrival) are subject to hotel blackout dates. All last minute bookings will be confirmed with an e-mail confirmation and/or phone call.
• The person whose name is on the credit card must be staying in the Orlando hotel room. If someone is making a reservation and paying for a friend or family member’s hotel room we will need the person whose is paying for the hotel room to sign a credit card authorization form.
• If you do not have a credit card please call our office to make a reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• If a guest needs to cancel a reservation and they do so 15 days prior to their arrival we will cheerfully refund $35 of their $50 deposit back to them.
• In order to cancel a reservation the guest must call our toll free number and speak to one of our friendly customer service agents. All cancellations will be confirmed with an e-mail to the guest..
• If a guest is canceling a reservation within the 15 days of arrival please check your confirmation letter as to the cancellation penalty.
