We here at Orlandovacationhotels.com have been selling Orlando hotels, vacation homes, and theme park tickets since 1991. One of the founder partners of our organization used to own hotels in Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia, and North Carolina.
We found that the joy of the hotel business is not in owning the hotels, but in working with hotels properties themselves to help fill them up. We find that most hotels want to go after group business such as family reunions, corporate retreats, and weddings. After reaching the city center, our home office location is just miles away. We suggest our guests start out here so that they are able to see more of the city and experience the area's sites before arriving at our office location. From the city's center turn right on West South Street then take the I-4 East ramp. Shortly after take exit #83B, turn right on West Colonial Drive, right on North Shine Avenue, and then a quick left onto Hill Crest Street. Orlando Vacation Hotels is located on the right. We suggest visitors call us toll free at 1-800-651-1005 if they have difficulty finding our office location. Of course customers are always welcome to stop by and say hello or meet with us is person, but with our online travel reservation system guests never have to visit our central office.
We specialize in helping families plan their Disney World Vacation, because we are based in Orlando, and we only service guest coming to Orlando. All of our call center employees live and work in the Orlando area, so we have a little bit more knowledge that most customer service companies, especially if their offices are not located in Orlando. Each one of our representatives is required to visit each Orlando hotel we sell once every 3 months. It is this consistent exposure to the hotel properties that gives them more knowledge of what the hotels offer. Our slogan around our office is that we are not selling hotel rooms or vacation homes rather we are selling piece of mind.
If you have spent anytime at all on our website, you will notice we do not offer any hotels that are not 3 stars or better. Our goal is to offer nice hotels and vacation homes at very competitive prices. We do not find it is in our best interest or the best interest of our customers to sell a hotel which is not up to our standards no matter how cheap we could sell it for. Sometimes cheap is not always better.
