Orlando Hotels Rates

Orlando Hotels Rates

When you come to Orlando don’t be surprised by the low hotel rates. Keep in mind, Disney is the number one family destination in the entire world for the past 40 years and over this time there have been a number of hotels built around Disney World. It is this competition which brings the nightly hotel rates down.

When the economy was soft in 2009 through 2011, the area Disney hotels had to fill their rooms. The one way to gain occupancy is to simply drop the rates on the hotels. Now that it seems that the economy is getting better, in 2012 the rates for these hotels are trending upward ever so slightly. Even with this slight increase, Orlando hotels are still quite cheap compared to other parts of the country. Don't let this scare you away from some really good deals, our goal is to work with only a few selected hotels to offer you, our client, the absolute lowest price. These properties use us as a base of business, a floor as you many call it, and once they have 20% to 40% occupied they start to slowly raise the rates.

Below you will see a guide to show you what the average Orlando hotel rates are for each type of property.
